Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes! We accept all major Credit Cards.

All our cars are equipped with credit card terminals for credit card payments and we accept all major credit cards. If you are paying with a credit card 20% Gratuity will be automatically added. If you pay with cash then gratuity is up to your discretion.

What is your Cancelation Policy?
  • Reservations canceled within 5 hours of the scheduled pick up time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare.
  • Flight cancellations or situations beyond the clients’ control, medical emergencies or hospitalization will not be charged a fee.
  • ​”No show / no call” cancellations or failure to meet your driver are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Seattle Town Car Service cannot be held financially liable in situations where flights and or appointments were missed due to traffic, client setting the appointment time or early departures of flight.
  • While we do our best to remain flexible to client requested pickups it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to set the pickup time.
  • As a courtesy to our clientele, it is our policy to send you a text message 5 minutes prior to your drivers’ arrival.
  • As part of your reservation, we allow up to 10 min for loading cargo and passengers. If you run past this time, there is an additional charge of $1 per minute for this “at rest” period after the 15 min grace period.
  • We will always inform you when we are reaching the point of additional charges that would exceed normal trip charges.
  • Additional charges will be incurred for pet transportation and excess baggage that does not fit in the cargo area.

Note: Please understand that stringent time management is necessary so that we can meet our scheduled pick up times and lessen any wait for our other passengers. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to work with you whenever possible.

Additionally, driver gratuity is not included in the price of your quote.

What is your SeaTac Airport Pickup Procedure?

With Checked Luggage:

  • Proceed to baggage claim and retrieve checked luggage
  • Exit out any door just beyond the baggage carousels taking note of the door number
  • Call our 24 hour pick-up line at 206-445-0745 with your name and door number
  • Dispatch will provide a vehicle and driver description as well as ETA for pick-up (typically less than 5 min)

Note: Please aid us in reaching you as quickly as possible by taking note of your surroundings and moving to a less congested area during times of heavy traffic.

Without Checked Luggage:

  • Proceed towards the baggage claim area
  • Continue forward past baggage claim area to your left and exit out any Ticketing / Departure level door
  • Call our 24 hour pick-up line at 206-445-0745 with your name and door number
  • Dispatch will provide a vehicle and driver description as well as ETA for pick-up (typically less than 5 min)

Note: DO NOT EXIT TOWARDS GROUND TRANSPORTATION. DO NOT CROSS SKYBRIDGE.

Clearing Customs:

  • Upon clearing customs, we request a courtesy update before proceeding to baggage claims to retrieve luggage
  • After retrieving your luggage, please call our 24 hour pick-up line at 206-445-0745 with your name and door number
  • Dispatch will provide a vehicle and driver description as well as ETA for pick-up (typically less than 5 min)

Note: If no phone call is received after clearing customs it may result in an increased response time for our driver which could result in longer wait times for our passengers.

What is your passenger & luggage capacity policy?

Our Town Car sedans can accommodate three (3) large suitcases and four (4) passengers. Our luxury SUVs can accommodate six (6) large suitcases and six (6) passengers. Our Airport Shuttle vans can accommodate twelve (12) large suitcases and twelve (12) passengers. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating or luggage capacity.

Requesting a vehicle that does not accommodate the number of passengers and/or luggage at pick-up location will result in cancellation of service and charged the full base rate.
